This is a draft policy for foresigxt.com, the beta landing site. We're a small team in private beta with no commercial release yet, so this covers what the site does today — not a finished legal instrument. We'll expand it as the product and company mature.
This policy explains what information foresigxt.com collects, why, and how it's handled. It applies to this landing site — the console product (app.foresigxt.com) has its own account and data-handling terms, covered separately once you sign in.
We use waitlist emails to send beta invites and occasional product updates, and contact-form or email correspondence to answer what you asked. Aggregate traffic analytics inform basic reliability and performance decisions. We do not sell your information.
This site doesn't set marketing or tracking cookies. Any cookies in use are limited to what's strictly needed to keep the site functioning correctly.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that host this site and the waitlist service (for example, our cloud hosting provider), and only to the extent needed to run the site — never for their own marketing purposes.
We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and correspondence for as long as reasonably useful to support you. You can ask us to remove your data at any time — see Contact below.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every waitlist email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also just email us.
We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and post material changes here before they take effect.
